Baked Oatmeal recipe in review

Tonight I got hungry and even though we don't have many groceries in the house at the moment I knew we had oatmeal. So I typed in to google 'Baked Oatmeal' and found this wonderfully easy recipe at myrecipe.com

I didn't have any walnuts but I can only assume they would be delish in this sweet, soft chewy oatmeal! I also didn't have raisins so I used dried blueberries which were a fabulous choice. I seriously could not stop eating this! I can't wait to get up tomorrow and slip it in the oven for a few minutes and then I will be slowly savoring each bite:) So if you want an easy, healthy, and warm breakfast in the morning, grab the ingredients and some cold milk to drink and enjoy!

  • 2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar $
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
